Data: contact name, company name, email, phone, tax ID, headcount, annual net turnover, registered county, main activity, requested service (grant evaluation, grant writing, public procurement, consultation) and message. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Purpose: prepare and send the free grant evaluation within 3 business days, and the related advisory requested.

Retention: as long as needed to deliver the evaluation, at most 24 months, or until erasure is requested. Recipients: hosting (Hostinger) and email provider. No automated decision-making.

Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-SMJHVRGSSX) loads only if you accept analytics cookies in the banner. If you reject, analytics does not run.

Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdraw consent, lodge a complaint with NAIH.
